SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

On each product page of our site, you can see the shipping time. Most of our items are in stock, this means they will be packed and posted within 24hours.
This means you'll get your package in Belgium and the Netherlands within two working days. Once processed, you'll receive an email with all shipping information and tracking link. 

Some items are made by hand, after you place your order (eg: Heerenhuis tables, Safari chairs, ...). These items have a longer lead time, we will keep you informed by email or phone. Together with our suppliers, we will always do our very best to complete all orders as soon as possible. 

Our bamboo collection is very subject to the season. In low season (just after summer until begin of spring) shipping times are very low, in high season the demand rises and shipping times can be longer. Please contact us for exact shipping time.

Update April 2020: due to the corona virus, we only ship in Belgium. For international shipping, please contact us.

Note: these rates are only applicable on regular items. XXL packages like bamboo furniture, Heerenhuis tables, ... require oversized shipping. Contact us for a quote.

We work with all big shipping companies (Bpost, Postnl, DPD, DHL and GLS). Depending on your order and location, one of these carriers will take care of your package. 

RETURNS

You can return any item within a period of 14 days, starting the day you receive your goods. We can exchange your item for another one, or give you back your money.

All returned items must be in unused condition. With original tags and in 100% original packaging. Returning items is at your own cost and your own risk so please always use secured shipping with track & trace.
Not all items can be returned. Items which are made on order for you cannot be returned, these items include dining all Heerenhuis products (tables, consoles and the cargo chair), Atelier Areti lighting and the Safari chairs. 

Note: the right to return goods is not applicable on products that are physically bought in the showroom as these products can be inspected before purchase.
